Mr. Gaweł specializes in contract law, bankruptcy and restructuring law, copyright and commercial law as well as tax law. His office coordinates the firm’s tax law and bankruptcy law departments.
His work focuses on issues related to national and international business transactions. He advises a number of Polish and foreign business entities, in particular the German economic area; as well as Polish entities operating in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Mr. Gaweł is the author of scientific papers in the field of the law of new technologies and media law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the School of Law of the German Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz , the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg and the Jagiellonian University. During his studies, he was the vice president of the European Law Students’ Association “ELSA”. Currently he is in the process of obtaining his Ph.D in the subject of bankruptcy law in the School of Civil Procedure at the University of Vienna.
